Care for the work that put you here

Every plan is built from what your job asks of your body, so the exercises in our clinic look like the tasks you'll go back to.

Good questions

Does a CA-16 cover physical therapy?

Per DOL guidance, with a CA-16 in place, physical therapy related to the work injury doesn't need a separate authorization. We confirm the details before you start.

Why would my gait be evaluated for a back or knee injury?

Walking patterns change to protect a painful area. Correcting the pattern reduces strain on the injured joint and on the rest of the body.

What do I bring?

Your CA-16 or claim number, your physician's referral, a photo ID, your medication list, and comfortable clothing and shoes.

Is OWCP Wellness a government office?

No. OWCP Wellness LLC is a private physical therapy practice and isn't affiliated with the U.S. Department of Labor.
