Before you call

Is physical therapy covered with a CA-16?

DOL guidance says physical therapy related to the work injury doesn't need separate authorization when a CA-16 is issued. We verify before your first visit.

Can you train me for light duty first?

Yes. We can work toward the restrictions on your duty status paperwork, then progress toward full duty as your physician clears you.

Are you part of the Department of Labor?
